1. Products & Descriptions

We sell natural tallow-based skincare products. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on this Website are error-free, complete, or current. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a skin condition or allergy, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers at checkout. We do not store your credit card or payment details.

3. Orders & Availability

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Southland, New Zealand. Delivery times and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping, Delivery & Returns page. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have rights that cannot be excluded by these terms. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
