Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on your device.
Pricing: All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order is dispatched.
Stock Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
3. Shipping and Delivery
New Zealand Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
International Delivery: International orders typically take 7-14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain value.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds
Return Period: You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Condition: As our products are health and beauty items applied directly to the skin, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bloodybasic.com with photos of the issue.

5. Product Use and Safety
Patch Testing: We recommend performing a patch test before first use of any new skincare product. Apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reaction.
Allergies: Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
External Use Only: All products are for external use only. Keep away from eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Storage: Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Tallow-based products may change consistency in extreme temperatures but this does not affect their quality.
Medical Advice: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about using our products.
