Delivery

We ship all orders from Southland, New Zealand. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: As we sell health and beauty products, we can only accept returns of unused and unopened items in their original packaging. We cannot accept used products for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@bloodybasic.com with photos and we will make it right.
